Shipping Bikes
We ship some bikes nation wide. Those that this applies too, will allow you to purchase through the website. Shipping is $299 nation wide, with free pick up in our Geraldine Store.
Some assembly will be required for shipping bikes.
We're a local bike shop serving South Canterbury. Bikes that need to be picked up by the customer, will be fully built and ready-to-ride, at our store in Geraldine. Our focus is on local riders with the goal of offering the best service possible.

Shipping Gear
We offer free shipping on orders over $250 (excludes big bulky items like bike racks & Bikes).
While some of the items available on our website are also available in-store, some items are only held with our supplier. Items that are available in-store will usually arrive 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Items that are only held with our supplier will arrive in 7 business days, depending on the supplier. Some vendors will drop ship directly to you (which is usually 2-3 business days) while others first send items to us that we then send to you (which is usually 4-7 business days). The website will give you its best estimate based on the vendor.
We can only ship within New Zealand. Orders ship within 3 business days of placing the order, but usually go out faster. Some orders will come directly from our distributor. If there's a specific item you need urgently, contact us first so we can see if we can get it to you in time.
Please note: In some instances, orders containing products from multiple suppliers may incur separate shipping charges per supplier.
To avoid these additional charges, we offer free shipping on orders over $250. Simply spend $250 or more, and we’ll cover the shipping costs, no matter where your items are coming from.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available on most products and orders can be collected from 5 Talbot Street Geraldine 7930
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
If the product/s come from our Supplier, it may take a few extra days.
We may ask for identification when you collect your order, to ensure we are providing the order to the correct person.
Dangerous Goods Surcharge
What is Dangerous goods and why are you charged this fee?
“any substance or material that is capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, and property when transported in commerce”, this includes items such as batteries, aerosols, and flammable liquids. Certain products may seem harmless but can become hazardous when moving through a transport network due to factors like pressure, temperature, static electricity and vibration.
Returns
If you have any problems with the items you received, please let us know so we can get them resolved.
If you change your mind, products in new, unused condition in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Shipping costs can not be refunded for these items.
